Basically, The siding sheet roll forming machine is consist of decoiler, mail roll forming mill, PLC control system, Shearing unit, hydraulic station, metal sheets stacker. While sometimes, pinch roll & leveling system be adopted in order to make the coil more flat and easy to be fed into the roll forming unit. This unit is a optional device, customer can choose with or without it. What’s more, if the sheet need to be punched, a punching machine will be adopted.
